Replace a lost, damaged or stolen Blue Badge

You can apply for a replacement if there's at least 3 months left on the badge and it was issued by us.

To replace your Blue Badge you'll need to: 

  • complete an online form
  • send us proof of address (separately)
  • pay a £10 fee

We'll contact you about the payment once we've approved your application. 

Proof of address

Your proof of address could include:

  • copy of a utility bill
  • official letter in your name from a bank, building society or local council

Your document must be dated within the last 12 months if you've changed address since your last badge was issued.

Please scan or take a photo of your proof of address and email it to bluebadgeteam@suffolk.gov.uk.

You can also post your proof to Blue Badge Team, Suffolk County Council, PO Box 258, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 9BU.

Lost badge applications

If you apply to replace a lost badge, please call us after 7 working days to confirm whether you've found it or not.

You can phone 03456 066 077 to let us know.

We don't start processing lost badge applications for 7 working days to allow time for it to be found.
