Developer contributions are funded through either S106 Contributions or the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), further information can be found in the developers guide.

The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) regulations allow for the charging of monitoring fees. For deeds entered into after 1 February 2026, the county council charges a minimum of £577 for each trigger point in a planning obligation, payable upon completion of the Deed.
