What is being consulted on
The areas covered by this consultation are:
- Support to Young Parents (under 21): Family Nurse Partnerships and the Young Parent's Pathway
- School Nursing
- Health Visiting
Why we are consulting
We are consulting because we want to understand how the proposed changes to these services could affect the people who use and deliver them.
The proposals are part of a wider redesign to make sure services remain sustainable, make the best use of available resources, and are focused on their core role of supporting children, young people and families through prevention, early help and safeguarding.
No final decisions have been made, and all feedback received during the consultation will be carefully considered before a decision is taken later this year.
Have Your Say
The consultation is open from 8th July to 18th October.
The consultation includes three separate surveys. If you wish to comment on more than one consultation, you will be redirected at the end of each survey back to this page.
We recommend reading the supporting documents before completing each survey.
If you need a paper copy of the survey, or have printed and completed a survey via the links below and require a freepost envelope, please contact us at childrenandfamilies@suffolk.gov.uk or call 0345 603 1842.
