Secondary school drop-ins

Details of the school drop ins delivered by the School Nursing service.

Young people in secondary school can assess a confidential drop-in service delivered by the school nursing team. 

School drop-ins provide a range of information, signposting and guidance including:

  • Sexual Health including the C-Card condom scheme, Chlamydia testing, pregnancy testing and emergency hormonal contraception provision.
  • Emotional Health includes low mood, worries, self-harm, self-confidence, and self-esteem.
  • Physical Health includes puberty, healthy lifestyle, sleep and health conditions
