What is the Citizen Portal?

It's a website where you can submit and track council services.

What services are on it?

You can apply for:

  • a primary or secondary school place
  • free school meals
  • home to school travel (including opt-in for funded school travel)
  • and also check if your 2-year-old is entitled to funded childcare in Suffolk.

You'll need to register for an account if you're using the portal for the first time.
