Tumble drier fire in Great Waldringfield

Crews were mobilised to attend a fire that started on the second floor. 

Having extinguished the blaze, firefighters with breathing apparatus checked the loft space for fire spread.   

One occupant was removed from the property and is in the care of the ambulance service, suffering from smoke inhalation. 

Significant damage has been caused to a bedroom in the property, which will require the family to be temporarily rehomed.
