Garage fire, Exning

Two cars parked in a garage at Oxford Street, Exning, have been damaged by a fire overnight.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service was called at 1.25am today to a brick-built garage that was on fire and two appliances were sent.

Two teams wearing breathing apparatus and using hose reel jets extinguished the fire.

There were no casualties and a stop notice was issued at 2.55am. 

There is a police reference number for this incident of 22.
