Map of Plug in Suffolk chargepoints

This map shows the location of Plug in Suffolk on-street chargepoints, both "planned" and "live".

The locations of chargepoints are indicated by the symbols. The stars show "live" chargepoints, and the circles shows "upcoming" or "in progress" chargepoints.

How to use the map

Getting started

1. When you open the map, you will see a disclaimer.
2. Read the disclaimer and tick the box to confirm that you understand it.
3. Use the 'OK' button once you have ticked the box.

Using the map

1. The map will open showing the Suffolk boundary.
2. You can move the map by dragging.
3. You can zoom in with your mouse or the + and - buttons.
4. The home button will take you back to a map of Suffolk.
5. You can use the search field to find an address or place.
6. You can change the basemap by selecting the "Basemap Gallery" symbol.

Seeing details of chargepoints

1. Choose a chargepoint icon on the map to open the information table. 
2. Select "View" next to "SiteOverview" to see an image of the chargepoint location.
3. Go to "View" next to "DesignDrawing" to see detailed chargepoint drawings.

Suffolk County Council was grateful to receive hundreds of suggestions of streets where residents would like on-street electric vehicle chargepoints to be installed. Those suggestions played a key role in helping us to identify areas for installation, and are being investigated for meeting Highways constraints and connection viability.

Although the site list is now closed, suggestions may still be made and will be held on a reserve list, to be investigated if other locations do not progress, and as funding allows.
