Electric vehicle car clubs

Suffolk residents have access to electric cars that can be booked by the minute, hour or day.

The average vehicle is parked 96% of the time. Car Clubs are trialling all-electric community vehicles in several locations across Suffolk so you can simply book a car when you need, cutting out the expense of car ownership.

Convenient and useful for Suffolk residents, Car Clubs can also improve air quality, reduce parking pressure and congestion, and increase mobility to those without access to their own car. You can also experience driving an Electric Vehicle without the cost of owning one. Throughout 2025, two vehicles were installed at each location, both with over 200-mile ranges.
