IT technician Skills Bootcamps will build the technical knowledge and hands-on skills needed to start your career. This will include industry recognised certifications that top employers are looking for:

  • CompTIA A+
  • Microsoft 365.

What will you learn?

Starting with CompTIA A+ you will learn:

  • Hardware and software support
  • Networking and security
  • Cloud & virtualisation

You will progress into Microsoft 365 (MS-102) & Endpoint Administration (MD-102) where you will learn:

  • Endpoint management for cloud, hybrid and on-premise environments
  • Microsoft 365 Management
  • Microsoft Data and Data Security

You will also develop key career skills such as:

  • CV Writing
  • Communication
  • Interview and job search skills
  • Personal branding.

Who is eligible?

The programme is open to people that live or work within Norfolk or Suffolk.

You may be eligible to apply for a Skills Bootcamp if you:

  • are aged 19 or over,
  • have the right to work in the UK,
  • meet residency requirements (your provider will check this).

Companies will pay a small employer contribution.
