Who is this course for?

Flannery Plant Hire are proud to now be offering the Skills Bootcamp in plant operations as an option for entering a career in construction plant. Aimed at new entrants and existing machine operators, the Skills Bootcamp in plant operations for plant operators is now recruiting learners.

What will you learn?

The Skills Bootcamp in Plant Operations offers a flexible approach to training delivery. The machine categories(s) you will be trained on will be determined based on local employer demand, providing you the greatest chance of employment on completion! Machine categories available include:

• Rollers 
• Forward Tipping Dumpers 
• Dump Trucks 
• 360 excavators 
• Dozers and more

Who is eligible?

The programme is open to people that live or work within Norfolk or Suffolk.

You may be eligible to apply for a Skills Bootcamp if you:

• are aged 19 or over,
• have the right to work in the UK,
• meet residency requirements (your provider will check this).

Companies will pay a small employer contribution.
