New entrant: Highways and traffic management operative - level 3

This bootcamp is designed for someone who wishes to gain knowledge on the traffic management industry, Health and Safety practices, employability and confidence building skills.

This course is a qualified entry-level ticket into the fast-growing industry of traffic management. The course is run over 10 days and is built through group participation, practical elements and open conversation, rather than workbooks. At the end of the 5 days, each individual will be qualified as a Trainee traffic management operative and ready to begin their career in traffic management.

You will gain knowledge on the industry, Health and Safety practices, employability and confidence building skills.

Who is eligible?

The programme is open to people that live or work within Norfolk or Suffolk.

You may be eligible to apply for a Skills Bootcamp if you:

• are aged 19 or over,
• have the right to work in the UK,
• meet residency requirements (your provider will check this).

Companies will pay a small employer contribution.
