Two freed from vehicles after collision, Tuddenham

One person had to be cut free by firefighters from their vehicle and another was freed by paramedics following a collision in Tuddenham.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service was called after the incident happened at 10:35am today (Tuesday September 15) in Icknield Way.

On arrival they found one vehicle on its side and one upright.

A man was cut free by firefighters from the vehicle on its side.

A woman in the other vehicle was medically trapped and was released by paramedics.

Both people were left in the care of the ambulance service. Their reference number is 1678.

Police were also in attendance.

Two appliances from Newmarket, two from Bury St Edmunds and one from Newmarket attended the incident. A Stop was issued by the fire service at 11:37am.
