One freed after two vehicle collision, Shelland

A woman had to be released from her car after a two vehicle collision in Shelland. 

The incident happened around 9am today (Wednesday September 16) in Lower Road.

The woman was medically trapped in her vehicle while a man in the other car was able to free himself before the arrival of the fire service.

Both were taken into the care of the ambulance service.

Two appliances from Bury St Edmunds and one from Needham Market attended the incident.

The ambulance service reference number is 1044.

The police were also in attendance, reference number 85.
