Progress Power Station

Progress Power Station is a gas-powered electricity generation station capable of producing 299MW of electricity.

The project includes a new electrical connection via underground cables to the National Grid Electricity Transmission System.

The power station is located in the area of Eye Airfield in Suffolk and the scheme includes a National Grid substation a new gas pipeline connection to bring natural gas to the power station.
