We provide a designated daily duty officer to answer incoming telephone calls from internal and external customers and manage a duty inbox for email tasks.
We are responsible for providing monthly reports as part of the Practice Management Calendar, which contributes towards evidence for compliance with the Lexcel Standard.
In addition to this, we process both routine and emergency traffic orders and provide a daily rota system to ensure urgent work is completed within what can be tight deadlines and forwarded on to advertising for publication.
Our approach is customer focused and we endeavour to go over and above what is required whenever possible.
