Kooth plc provides British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy accredited services for 11-25 year olds in Suffolk

• Kooth CYP is an NHS commissioned online counselling service which is free.
• Access drop-in or booked sessions with professional counsellors from 12pm-10pm weekdays and 6pm-10pm weekends.
• Provides a safe space for young people to connect with others.
• They have instant access to self-help materials, live moderated discussion forums and tools such as online journals and goal trackers.
• The services are completely anonymous, and a way to get support, with no long waiting times or referral processes,
• They do not need to fit a certain criteria to access the service or the professional support.

The Source website has been created to provide information, advice and sources of support to young people in Suffolk – when they need it, on a range of issues that impact their lives.

The Source website is aimed at supporting young people in Suffolk aged 11 -19 years old (up to 25 for young people with additional needs).
