Introduction to Construction Operative - level 2

This Skills Bootcamp offers a fast-track route into the construction industry, with hands-on training, expert tutors and strong links to local employers.

The course is delivered by ETS.

Who is this course for?

Whether you’re new to the sector or want to upskill for better opportunities, this fully funded programme is designed to help build confidence, gain recognised qualifications and step into a job with real prospects.

What will you learn?

  • Health and safety, first aid, manual handling, fire safety,
  • COSHH awareness, abrasive wheels, vehicle marshalling
  • (CPCS A73), plus employability skills and CSCS test preparation.

Who is eligible?

The programme is open to people that live or work within Norfolk or Suffolk.

You may be eligible to apply for a Skills Bootcamp if you:

  • are aged 19 or over,
  • have the right to work in the UK,
  • meet residency requirements (your provider will check this).

Companies will pay a small employer contribution.
