Active Travel Woodbridge – the Thoroughfare and Cumberland Street

Suffolk County Council would like to hear your views on proposed options for the Thoroughfare and Cumberland Street in Woodbridge.

The changes are designed to:

• Protect the historic town centre by reducing traffic flow from the Throughfare and Cumberland Street after Quay Street is made one-way.
• Create quieter, safer streets for residents, visitors, and shoppers.
• Maintain exit routes from the town centre and ensure continued access for residents, emergency services, waste collection, buses, schools and deliveries.
