Assisted Instrument Purchase Scheme

Find out who's eligible to buy musical instruments through the Assisted Instrument Purchase Scheme and where to collect ordered instruments.

Members of Suffolk County Music (SCMS) activities, including children taught by SCMS Tutors in Suffolk schools, can buy new instruments VAT free or at an educational discount.

The scheme only applies to new instruments. It is not possible to purchase second-hand instruments through the scheme, regardless of their condition/age.
