Adult Social Care Provider Portal

The ACS Provider Portal is where care providers can submit billing information, receive contract documentation, and contact relevant ACS teams.

If you would like access to the provider portal, please email acscontractshelpdesk@suffolk.gov.uk

You will only be able to access the portal once an account has been created for you and training has been completed. If you need access, please contact your contract manager.
