Crews respond to single vehicle RTC involving electric pole

Fire crews were called to a road traffic collision involving a single vehicle that had struck an electric pole.

Two casualties were assisted from the vehicle and moved to a safe area. Both casualties were left in the care of the ambulance service.

Firefighters worked alongside other agencies to establish a safe cordon at the scene, while UKPN attended to make the electric pole safe. The incident was brought to a stop once the scene was made safe.
