Crews mobilised to attend house fire in Felixstowe

Crews from Felixstowe and Ipswich East were mobilised to attend a fire in a semi-detached property that began in an upstairs bedroom at the back of the house. 

Upon arrival, all occupants (including pets) were out of the building. 

Using breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet, a covering jet and a thermal imaging camera, firefighters extinguished the fire. 

Fire prevention activity is now being undertaken with the residents. 

A stop was called at 10:15am.
