How to apply for a free travel bus pass or travel vouchers or renew your bus pass and check where you can use a free travel bus pass in Suffolk.

You're entitled to free off-peak travel on buses in Suffolk if you've:

Information about the following options is provided on Suffolk on Board website.

You can use your free travel bus pass:

  • from 9:30am to 11pm, Monday to Friday
  • all day on weekends and bank holidays
  • anywhere in England on local bus services only

You cannot use your free travel bus pass:

  • in the rest of the UK
  • on trains, tube or trams

You can renew your bus pass:

  • up to 42 days before it expires
  • if it has expired in the last 12 months

You'll need to provide a crime reference number to request a free replacement pass. A replacement fee may apply if a crime reference number cannot be provided.
