Who is this course for?

The Skills Bootcamp in early years is a short course specially designed to help people upskill, find a job, and start earning.

It has been developed in partnership with leading employers and local authorities and on completion, offers you a direct route to our fast-track level 3 early years educator apprenticeship – saving you up to 6 months of learning time and getting you into your dream role much faster.

It is designed to be flexible and accessible. Whether you prefer face-to-face learning or online study, you’ll gain valuable experience and knowledge to prepare you for this next step.

Who is eligible?

The programme is open to people that live or work within Norfolk or Suffolk.

You may be eligible to apply for a Skills Bootcamp if you:

  • are aged 19 or over,
  • have the right to work in the UK,
  • meet residency requirements (your provider will check this).

Companies will pay a small employer contribution.
