Suffolk County Council reviews its fees on an annual basis. Please make sure you read through the application form to understand the current fees and conditions before you apply as these fees are generally non-refundable. Applications require a minimum of 10 weeks to be processed prior to installation. An application and license payment is required annually.
Your application may be rejected if the proposed site is considered to be potentially dangerous to the public.
You'll need an annual licence before you attach or hang anything onto a streetlight column or install electrical apparatus on or over a public highway maintained by us whether temporary or permanent:
