Brockley Wood Quarry

Following the recent Judicial Review, the County Council has to redetermine the planning application for the new quarry Brockley Wood. This is not a new application, although the applicant has submitted further information in response to the issues raised in the Judicial Review.

The County Council has commissioned an independent report on landscape from LDA Design Consulting Ltd on the landscape issues raised during the Judicial Review. The landscape report is available to view through the register.

The County Council issued a Regulation 25 request for further information on 2 May 2025. The applicant has subsequently provided new information, which is available, alongside our formal request, to view on our Planning Register under ‘Current Regulation 25 Information’.

The consultation will take place from 8 May 2025 until 8 June 2025
