Following the designation of the Bentley Conservation Area by Babergh District Council in April 2025, the County Council issued a further Regulation 25 request for further information on 2 May 2025.
The applicant has subsequently provided new information, and there has been an additional round of public consultation which ended on 8 June 2025.
The County Council is presenting the application to its Development and Regulation Committee for determination on Tuesday 22 July 2025.
