Councillors are obliged by law to provide up to date details of anything that may give rise to a conflict of interest, including any gifts or hospitality they receive.
Councillors should inform the Monitoring Officer, the Assistant Director (Scrutiny and Monitoring) of any changes within 28 days of the relevant event.
Accessing a councillor's register of interests
The register of members' interests is available to view online:
- Use the Find your councillor pages to locate the councillor your are interested in
- On each councillor page there is a link to a register of interests document which you can open and read
As well as this the statutory register of members' interests can be viewed at Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich on weekdays between 9am and 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
