Early Help Assessment (EHA) privacy notice

Read our Children and Young People's (CYP) privacy notice to see how your data will be used.

Everyone in the family, including parents and the child, needs to agree to receive support through a Family Assessment. The notice explains what information about children and families is collected, used, stored, and shared.

Professionals must give each family member over age 13 a privacy notice at the first meeting. This can be a printed copy or a link to the notice online.

Suffolk County Council works with many organizations to help children and families. We work with third parties, included but not limiting to, education providers, the NHS and the voluntary sector. We hold information about children and families to provide support.
