This survey is now closed.

Suffolk County Council consulted on a proposal to dispose of the former Peasenhall Primary School site in Hackney Road, and to use the proceeds to extend the Yoxford and Peasenhall Primary School in Yoxford. Peasenhall Primary School closed in December 2016 when all the remaining pupils transferred to the Yoxford site.

Notice is hereby given that Suffolk County Council intend to apply to the Secretary of State for Education to dispose of approximately 7,765m² of playing fields at the former Peasenhall Primary School site under Section 77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998. Subject to the outcome of this consultation and Secretary of State approval it is proposed that the land is sold and the proceeds used to enhance the facilities at the Yoxford and Peasenhall Primary School.

Suffolk County Council handles all information in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Data Protection Act 1998.
