How to submit a request to Suffolk County Council to delete an O365 mailbox account.

Only a school or academy in Suffolk who've an existing O365 mailbox with us should complete this form.

Before you start

  • You can request to delete an existing mailbox account(s)
  • Answer all questions shown with an asterisk (*)
  • You'll receive a copy of your form by email
