The Bury St Edmunds Registration Office is currently experiencing problems with their telephone system. Appointments can also be made by telephoning any of our offices in Suffolk, or online - please see the links below. PD2 Passport Forms
As of 1st September 2014, there will be fee of £10.00 for the completion of these forms. This fee may be made by cash or card to the Registration Office who will be conducting your ceremony.
