All historical registers for births, deaths and marriages for the Stowmarket area have now been moved to our Bury St Edmunds Office. Any applications for certificates should be made direct to the Bury office on 01284 732888.
PD2 PASSPORT FORMS
Please be aware that as of 1st September 2014, there will be fee of £10.00 for the completion of these forms. This fee may be made by cash or card to the Registration Office who will be conducting your ceremony.
PARKING AT REGISTRATION OFFICES
Please be aware that there are no parking facilities at any of the Registration Offices within Suffolk. All visitors will need to use public parking.

Call volumes, combined with the length and nature of some of our calls, can sometimes exceed our ability to answer calls promptly. Some of our offices offer the option to leave your number and your call will be returned as soon as is practically possible.
