Development Team and we believe that the secret of successful
multi-professional working is the quality and inclusiveness of
professional development offered to all staff. This can
take many forms including formal qualifications, secondments;
projects; observation; action research; meetings; coaching and
mentoring as well as attending internal and external training
courses. SCC training courses are open to all our partner
agencies, including health staff and voluntary organisations.
