Promoting Personal Safety in Suffolk
The UniSAFE programme was developed to support good
practice in helping to prevent difficult or dangerous situations
arising in the workplace. Our training courses teach staff the
necessary skills needed to enable them
to manage workplace conflict, from mild anxiety to
assault more safely and effectively.
Below you can find a list of all our courses on
offer this year. You can find out information about each
course, including scheduled dates and venues. This page will
be updated regularly in order to provide the most up to date
information.
Adult and Community Services (ACS) - Including Homecare

- All enquiries regarding training schedules for staff working
within Children's Homes should directed to Serena

To apply for any of these courses, please download the required
Unisafe Application Form (Word,
320Kb)
Important: To save any changes to this document,
you must first save a copy to your Computer. Alternatively, Print,
then post or fax it to the UniSAFE office.
If you wish to cancel, you must contact us as soon as
possible. Courses are popular and we may be able to offer
your place to another delegate. Please consult our
Cancellation Policy (PDF, 27Kb) for further
information.
- Unisafe At Home
To apply for a Unisafe At Home event, please download the required
Unisafe Application Form (Word, 85Kb)
and ensure it is fully completed, along with details of who will
be funding the application.
For Physical Courses Only
If you are applying for a course involving Physical
De-escalation, you will also need to do the following:
- Complete the
Health Declaration Form (PDF, 37Kb)
Please read this important document carefully, complete it and hand
in to the trainer on the first day of your training.
