Trading Standards is always working to achieve a fair and safe trading environment and informed confident consumers.
First line consumer advice is provided through a regional Trading Standards helpline Citizens Advice consumer service on 08454 040506. This is also the number to call if you wish to report any concerns you may have with the way traders and businesses are operating. All consumer concerns and issues are logged centrally and answered where possible. Enquiries and concerns requiring further investigation will be escalated to local Trading Standards services as and when necessary and appropriate.
