SENDIASS User Survey

Recent comments from the survey during the first half of Autumn term 2016...

I felt really listened to for the first time and got all the facts and advice I really needed. Excellent service, thank you so much!

Very personal, understanding and informative. I felt supported as a SEN parent for the first time.

We welcome your comments and feedback, good and bad and are actively seeking parents, carers and young people, who have an interest in what we do, to help shape our service.

Up until now we have done this by inviting parents and professionals to come along to a 'Steering Group' meeting though we appreciate that it not always easy to commit to attend regular meetings. Though we are still keen for this to continue we are exploring alternative options.

You can email sendiass@suffolk.gov.uk if you have a comment or suggestion, and particularly if you are interested in contributing regularly about our service.
