How do I know what trips I can pay for?

The school should give you a list of the trips to enable you to pay for these.

My school isn't shown on the list, how can I pay?

If your school is an academy you can't use the online payments system.

If you school isn't an academy you should contact the school.

I've tried to pay but I get a technical error on the payments page, what do I do?

Contact the Customer Service Team for assistance:

The school trip has been cancelled, how do I get a refund?

You should contact the school for a refund. They will then request a refund from the Customer Service Team.

This should be back in your account within 3 working days.

Set up your school

To sign your school up to the online payments system for school trips please email income@suffolk.gov.uk with the following message:

"Please could you enable [SCHOOL NAME][SCHOOL NUMBER] for online payments for school trips."
