Raising the Bar awards

Celebrating success is an important part of the Raising the Bar project. Sharing best practice and highlighting excellence are essential to help inspire others.

The awards this year see revised categories and a celebration event at an afternoon tea at Wherstead Park in Ipswich on Wednesday 10 July from 4:30pm.

Nominations across the 13 Raising the Bar award categories include Business Supporting Ambition, Educational Leader & Setting of the Year, Inspirational / Young Achiever of the Year and Excellence in Digital Strategy.

Raising the Bar nominations are open to all publicly funded educational establishments in Suffolk.

Nominations this year must be via an education establishment or partner and can be made by visiting the nomination form and completing the nomination form by 5pm on Monday 22 April 2019.

The Raising the Bar Awards 2018 took place on Tuesday 10 July 2018 at Trinity Park, Ipswich.

The Raising the Bar Awards 2017 were held at Trinity Park, Ipswich on Monday 26 June 2017.

RtB award winners 2016

The Raising the Bar Awards 2015 took place on 25 June at Ashlar House in Bury St Edmunds, where the winners and finalists across 20 categories were presented with their awards.

Nominations were open to all publicly funded educational establishments in Suffolk (or partners working with them): early years including childminders, nurseries and pre-schools, Local Authority maintained schools, colleges, academies, free schools and Pupil Referral Units.
