Adoption Policies and Procedures

The Suffolk Adoption Agency Policies have been endorsed by the Council’s Executive Committee. These set out detailed policies governing our work with children, birth parents and adopters. 

Our mission: securing families for Suffolk children

We will try to provide a comprehensive and high quality service to meet the lifelong needs of all those individuals whose lives are affected by adoption. We give particular emphasis to finding and maintaining safe and secure families for children and young people needing adoption enabling them to achieve the best possible outcomes for life.

This website allows you to book your own training and record professional development. It is an online directory and booking system for learning opportunities. It has been developed to ensure that Suffolk has a highly skilled and professional children and young people's workforce who are able to support the achievements and well-being of all children and young people in Suffolk.
