What is EnTech?
We use EnTech Utility Service Bureau Inc. (Entech) to validate and process all utility bills that we have to pay. This online system is intended to give you easy online access to your energy and water data, removing the need for paper invoices. Information is recorded by building address, allowing you to view a range of information specific to particular sites.
Customer access
All of your information can be found on the EnTech (external) system. To be able to view details of your utility bills, you will need to have a log-in and password. If we provide a managed service to you and you are interested in using the Entech website but do not have a log-in or password, please contact us on the number below.
What we expect our customers to do
We strongly encourage you, wherever possible, to make use of the Entech system, where possible, to check the monthly charges that you receive. This is also where you can enter your meter readings if required.
The 'Site Data' area of the Entech website also shows all utility bills that have been produced for individual sites. If you have any queries with bills produced or payments made, this is the place to check. This area of Entech can also assist you with forecasting your spend in order to set future utility budgets.
To assist you in viewing your data, we have put together a factsheet which provides a basic step by step guide to using the 'Site Data' and 'Meter Module' functions of Entech (PDF, 850Kb) along with a factsheet explaining how to view your sites Interval Data (PDF, 606Kb).
Access problems
If you are having problems accessing the Entech system, please read our factsheet called Problems accessing the EnTech system (PDF, 96Kb) which provides solutions to the most commonly occurring problems. If you are experiencing any problems not covered by the factsheet then please don't hesitate to contact us for advice on the number below.
