What is it?
Suffolk Links is a Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) scheme
which can be tailored to meet the needs of passengers.
So how does it work?
• Where possible the service will make connections with bus or
rail services for travel further afield.
• For journeys within the service area where connecting to other
services is inappropriate, end to end journeys will be
possible.Simply call 0845 604 1802 up to a week before you wish to
travel and book your journey.
• Suffolk Links will then pick you up from the stop agreed with
the operator and take you where you want to go within the defined
operating area.
• The booking service is open
8am – 6pm Monday – Friday to make it easier for you to plan
ahead.
• Bookings will be on a first come first served basis.
Ring………….Reserve…………& Ride!
What will it cost?
• The journey will be charged like a bus fare.
• Concessionary passes and Explore cards will be valid on all
journeys.
• You will be advised of the fare when you book your journey and
a ticket will be issued when you board the bus.
Where can I go?
The

also places of interest indicated if you feel like a day out!
When can I use the service?
The service operates 7am – 7pm Monday – Saturday
Who runs the service?
The service is run by CATS (Coastal Accessible Transport Scheme)
and funded by Suffolk County Council.
Will the vehicle be accessible?
The vehicle will be fully accessible with low steps, hand rails
and a lift for wheel chair access. Please let us know when
you book if you require assistance.
Connections with other services have also been improved!
The 71 from Sudbourne, Orford and Sutton Heath now also serves
Woodbridge Railway Station, utilising a new dedicated stop closer
to the station building. Many journeys connect with trains to
and from London, and there are also good connections with services

through tickets are available on the bus.
