Service Objective 6

  • We will respond to the National Equality and Diversity strategy to ensure that we are doing everything we can to understand the needs of our community and to represent them within our workforce.
  • We will develop cultural awareness and equality training for all our staff.
  • We will implement our Workforce Development Strategy which supports the fair and equal development of all our staff.
  • We will continue to work with our partners to ensure that we are reaching all sections of the community, particularly those most at risk.
  • We will deliver safety messages to people residing in and driving through Suffolk and explore through Suffolk Road Safety Partnership other opportunities to deliver the road safety message.
