- We will look in detail at the requirements of the Working at
Height Regulations and see what implications they have for us,
particularly at operational incidents.
- We will implement the Workforce Development Strategy to make
sure that we have the right people with the right skills in the
right place at the right time.
- We will look at systems that will help us to better train our
operational managers in incident command techniques.
- We will develop new facilities to provide compartment fire
behaviour training, which will allow firefighters to experience
realistic fire scenarios in controlled
conditions.
