Plan, the County Council received the Report of the Panel in
September 2000.
The report is split up into the main issues discussed at the
Examination in Public. Discussion of each issue is based on a
number of questions. The report gives the Panel's analysis of the
discussion on each question, then conclusions and
recommendations.

Please Note: Some pages in Appendix 1 of the
report submitted to the County Council were duplicated, and have
been removed from this web version. Page numbers 3-10 and 16-23 of
Appendix 1 are therefore not all consecutive.
The Structure Plan as a whole ceased to be part of the Development
Plan for Suffolk on 26th September 2007. However, 11 of its
policies are saved under the terms of a
direction by the Secretary of State until replaced by
appropriate policies in adopted Local Development
Frameworks.
