Suffolk Manual


The Suffolk Manual is a good practice guide for all those working in the highway and other public spaces in sensitive areas.
  • It has been written by a team of officers – highway engineers, planners and conservation officers.
  • It is jointly published by the County Council and Suffolk district and borough councils.
