The Planning & Performance Improvement (P&PI) Specialist
Support Function (SSF) came into being on the 1st April 2008.
Our main purpose is to support service delivery in Suffolk
by:
- Ensuring high quality integrated planning, risk management and
commissioning processes;
- Maximising external and European funding opportunities;
- Delivering specialist support in the development of specific
services;
- Providing expert knowledge on performance improvement
issues;
- Acting as corporate leads on all inspection issues;
- Developing a high quality one-stop-shop for all research and
data.
