Suffolk Supported Housing Standards:
housing Supported Housing services in Suffolk are expected to adhere to these Standards, (PDF, 627kb) which were agreed between District/Borough Housing authorities, Suffolk Social Care, Suffolk Health, support provider agencies, service user reps and landlords in 1999.

Model Operational Policy (PDF, 32kb) This is intended to the basis by which services inform all interested parties (including prospective tenants) as to the nature of the service and how it will be managed. Each service should have its own Operational Policy and this model highlights the areas that should be covered.

Design and Management Guides

These documents give details of Design and Management Guides for different types of supported housing in Suffolk. These guides have been drawn up and agreed through multi-agency Housing Task Groups.

County Allocations Policy
housing This policy is the agreed way in which vacancies in supported housing services in Suffolk are allocated. (PDF, 37kb) It was originally agreed through the Suffolk Housing Officers' Community Care sub-group, and has been endorsed by District/Boroughs, Adult Care and Supporting People.

Adaptations Protocol
