The Golden Age 'Arts and Crafts' session

Meets: Monthly on Wednesday, 10.00am

What's happened so far...

The Golden Age was launched at Woodbridge library at the beginning of November 2007. Over the last year our programme has included regular meetings of the Book Group- who have been reading a wide variety of titles from classics to best sellers, children’s literature and non-fiction; a sharp-witted Scrabble Club, a thriving Arts and Crafts Group who have tried their hands at clay modeling, glass painting and jewelry making, and an entertaining Play Reading Group. We have also hosted sessions on relaxation techniques and positive thinking such as Hypnosis, Reiki and Meditation as well as a series of informative discussions on artists including as Henry Moore, Lucian Freud, Freda Kahlo and Banksy.

On 16 December we will be hosting a Festive Spectacular for all our Golden Agers.
