We run a Bookstart storytime session for pre-school children
every Thursday morning 9.45am - 10.15am.

Sunday activities
Come and enjoy our children's activities from 10.30am -
12.00noon every Sunday in the children's room at Sudbury
Library. Children of all ages are welcome to come and join in
the activities (free of charge).

Where time allows, we will be reading stories
from some of the books on the Activity Display. There may be
activity sheets and stickers for the children to take home. All
pictures displayed in the children’s room at the library can be
taken home by the artist a few weeks later.
**Picture Book Story competition at Sudbury Library for
ages 3-5 and 6-8**
Imagine a story...create your own picture story, magical fairytale
or adventure. Use either a dragon, a witch, a princess or a
pirate!
Illustrate the pages with your drawings. Create a story (ask your
family if you need help with writing) no more than 350 words
long.
Where will your story be set?
Who is the main character/s?
Will it be funny/scary/magical?
Draw pictures to illustrate your story

'Top Time - Years Ahead' older people's social club
A group aimed at older people and carers with a friendly
and varied programme of events. Runs every Tuesday, from
2.30pm to 4.30pm.
