11 – 17 September 2010 Suffolk Libraries Cycling Challenge
– Tour of Britain
This is a countywide challenge to cycle the 50.2 miles of the
Suffolk part of the
Tour of
Britain race which is coming to the county on the 17 September.
Customers and staff will be using their bicycles during
the week leading up to the race and letting us know how far
they have cycled. We will have a Design a Jersey
competition for the children and safety checks
for bicycles
Sunday activities
Come and enjoy our children's activities from 10.30am -
12.00noon every Sunday in the children's room at Sudbury
Library. Children of all ages are welcome to come and join in
the activities (free of charge).
**Pick up a Sunday Activities Visits Card, take part in 4
Sunday Activity sessions & collect A FREE GIFT! **
Where time allows, we will be reading stories
from some of the books on the Activity Display. There may be
activity sheets and stickers for the children to take home. All
pictures displayed in the children’s room at the library can be
taken home by the artist a few weeks later.
**Picture Book Story competition at Sudbury Library for
ages 3-5 and 6-8**

'Top Time - Years Ahead' older people's social club
A group aimed at older people and carers with a friendly
and varied programme of events. Runs every Tuesday, from
2.30pm to 4.30pm.

Sudbury Library offers free UK Online sessions every Wednesday
at 9.30am, 10.45am, 2.00pm and 3.00pm and every Thursday at
9.30am and 10.45am. Please contact the library to book a
